Search Queries
A name or case number entered into a displayed search tool is sent to the provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query under its own policies. Antrim County Court Docket does not maintain a query log or build a court-record database from those terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to the site may be retained long enough to answer the message and maintain ordinary correspondence. It is not sold or routinely disclosed outside the site operation, except where a valid legal requirement calls for disclosure.

It publishes routing information for the Antrim County Clerk, 86th District Court, Probate and Family Division, and MiCOURT Case Search. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports about other people.
